North Star Strategic (NSS) was founded by Derek Figueroa, following his successful tenure as the President & CEO of Seattle Fish Co., where he built one of the premier seafood distributors in the U.S., leaving a legacy of sustainability and community impact. Following a successful sale and exit, Derek has dedicated the second half of his career to giving back and promoting purpose-driven leadership. With over 30 years of leadership experience across diverse industries, Derek’s passion lies in empowering leaders to align their strategies with purpose, creating lasting impact and achieving greater results.
